  • full discussion of proposals with corporate HR and/or regional HR before dismissal is actioned

  • full discussion of proposals with divisional HR and regional HR before dismissal is actioned
  • approval by REEC member to whom the Executive Council director reports
  • Performance appraisal and succession review

    Executive Council members and senior directors

    • discussion between the Executive Council member and the REEC member to whom he reports

    Senior management and directors reporting to an Executive Council director:

    General salary increases

    • Proposals from an Executive Council director on levels of general increase on payroll to be sent to REEC member to whom he reports for approval
    • Information on inflation percentages and general salary movements per country to be sent to a REEC member by regional co-ordinator

    Individual salary increases

    Executive Council members and senior directors directly reporting to a REEC member:

    • recommendations by REEC member
    • full discussion of proposals with HR
    • authorisation by REEC

    On senior management and directors reporting to an Executive Council director:

    • recommendations by the Executive Council director
    • advice from divisional HR and from regional HR
    • approval by REEC member to whom the Executive Council director reports

    Bonus schemes and guidelines

     

     

    Regional Hr submits proposals to the REEC member.

     

    After approval by REEC, the REEC member communicates to his Executive Council directors.

    • full discussion of proposal with HR
    • authorisation by REEC.
